Go to the Customize Dash page and select the Full Screen option. Your dash will not be displayed in full screen mode.

Send me the App’s event log (Settings/Send the Event Log) and I’ll take a look. Let me know when you have sent the event log too.

J1708 is a SAE standard messaging format. The hardware protocol is J1587 which is essentially RS485 but with the SAE J1587 specifications. If the other buses adhere to the J1587 and J1708 specifications then the adapter will work on them.

That feature will be available in the next version (9.7.1).

Forced regens are the #1 request however it's not possible as the OEM have secured that function and only their software can execute it. I believe it might be a Fed requirement. If you really want to do it, you can purchase a product like Bully Dog who have hacked into the ECM and figured out how to override the security but that software is pretty expensive.

The adapter can only retrieve J1708 data and the App can only receive data from the adapter, sorry.

Most likely the ECM is either sending rubbish or nothing and it's just static. Almost everyone who has an older motorhome does not rely on the ECM fuel level and uses the Fuel and DEF page's 'Calculate Fuel Level' option. This does however require an accurate Fuel Used to be sent from the ECM. See the Getting Started document's Fuel and DEF section for more info.

Try the following:

1. From the Settings page, set the 'Adapter Minimum Interval' to 300 or 500.
2. Go to the Settings Fuel and DEF page.
3. Respond Yes to the save settings alert.
4. Check the 'Calculate Fuel Level' option.
5. Respond OK to the reset Persistent Data alert.
6. Uncheck the 'Calculate Fuel Level' option.
7. Go back to the Settings page and respond Yes to saving the settings.
8. The Drive page will now show NA for all data.

Connect and start retrieving data. See if the Adapter Minimum Interval helps with the lost connections.

Just curious, your Fuel Tank Capacity is 35 gallons. Isn't that a bit low?

That's kinda of why we say 'exactly and to the letter'. Glad you got it working.
