The adapter can only retrieve J1708 data and the App can only receive data from the adapter, sorry.

Most likely the ECM is either sending rubbish or nothing and it's just static. Almost everyone who has an older motorhome does not rely on the ECM fuel level and uses the Fuel and DEF page's 'Calculate Fuel Level' option. This does however require an accurate Fuel Used to be sent from the ECM. See the Getting Started document's Fuel and DEF section for more info.

Try the following:

1. From the Settings page, set the 'Adapter Minimum Interval' to 300 or 500.
2. Go to the Settings Fuel and DEF page.
3. Respond Yes to the save settings alert.
4. Check the 'Calculate Fuel Level' option.
5. Respond OK to the reset Persistent Data alert.
6. Uncheck the 'Calculate Fuel Level' option.
7. Go back to the Settings page and respond Yes to saving the settings.
8. The Drive page will now show NA for all data.

Connect and start retrieving data. See if the Adapter Minimum Interval helps with the lost connections.

Just curious, your Fuel Tank Capacity is 35 gallons. Isn't that a bit low?

That's kinda of why we say 'exactly and to the letter'. Glad you got it working.

It's there in App version 9.7.0.

Send the App’s event log (Settings/Send the Event Log) and I’ll take a look. Let me know when you have sent the event log too.

Looks like the ECM is not sending it as all the Adapter/App do is retrieve the data from the ECM and display it.

If you're savvy with J1939 you can query the PGN using the System Settings Advanced Function page. See the Getting Started document for more on the Advance Function feature.

The driver should install if you follow the instructions exactly and to the letter. Do not try to install it like you would with a regular Windows driver. It is possible also that a firewall could keep the driver install from working.

As the old saying goes "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". So if everything is running fine, you don't need to update the firmware. But the 4.1 update does have some significant improvements especially with the stronger signal strength.

Well, we don't really like to update the firmware all that often. With 3.23.0 being new, there may be a 3.23.1 but that should be it for quite a while.

When there is an App or Firmware update, our server is updated and provided you are connected to the Internet, the App will notify you of the update. Plue the About page will always show you the current App and Firmware version.
