Company (referred to as either "Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to BlueFire LLC.
- Application means the software program provided by us that you downloaded onto an electronic Device. In this policy the Application is either BlueFire for Trucks or BlueFire for Motorhomes.
Device means any device that can access the Application such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Application or from the Application infrastructure itself.
- Adapter refers to our BlueFire Data Adapter.
You means the individual accessing or using our Application.
Personal Data
While using our Application, We may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information that we collect are as follows.
Email Address
Your Email Address is used for the following purposes:
Sending trip reports to you
Sending data logging reports to you
Sharing your custom dash (with yourself or another person)
Sending the Event Log to us (for troubleshooting)
Allowing us to enter a dialog with you for assistance
Usage Data
Usage Data that is collected by our Application consists of:
Location - GPS or Internet
Location is required for using our Bluetooth Low Energy Adapter. Location is optional for Trips and Data Logging, and required for the Navigation Map gauge. For BlueFire for Trucks Application, Location is also required for Electronic Logging and IFTA Reporting. For Android Devices using our BLE Adapter, and for Data Logging, Electonic Logging, and IFTA Reporting, the Location must be accessible while the Application is running in the background.
Device Information
Device information that is collected is Device make, model and operating system. This is used for troubleshooting purposes only.
Use of Your Personal Data
We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To contact you regarding updates or information related to our Application.
To attend and manage your requests to us.
For other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and to evaluate and improve our Application.
We may share your personal information for any other purpose but only with your consent.
Retention of Your Personal Data
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will disclose your Personal Data according to the following:

Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Application

- If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
