Constant disconnect and reconnect issues

I have had it the adapter since July of this year and I can not keep the adapter connected to my iPad Pro12.9. every time there is a firmware update for the adapter or an application update I do it(along with current updated ipad versions) , but nothing has helped. it is actually much worse now with the latest application update. I am thinking it has something to do with Apple products, so I am open to buying another tablet specifically for the motorhome. What tablets do people use that do not have any issues with disconnecting while driving? I would even be willing to buy a small windows laptop with Bluetooth. Connectivity if I have to i just want it to work. thank you

Send me the App’s event log (Settings/Send the Event Log) and I’ll take a look. Let me know when you have sent the event log too.

I see that you're still on App version 9.7.1. Go ahead and update to 9.7.3, try to connect to the adapter and then send the event log again.

You might want to do this while the adapter is plugged into USB power and is next to your iPad. See the Getting Started document's Troubleshooting section for instructions on how to do this.
