Our adapter stopped working in the middle of the day. It kept cycling between connecting, authenticating and retrieving data but would never connect. We looked at the actual unit and there aren't any LED lights on it. Please advise.
How do we install the firmware update program? We would prefer to try the repair ourselves, since this has happened previously and we've needed to send it in.
We are on step 3 of updating the firmware adapter instructions. It says to wait for the adapter to boot (flashing blue or blue green). This does not happen on our adapter. What should we do?

First, make sure you have the latest Firmware Update program (7.0.1), then if the LEDs do not blink blue after updating the adapter, try the Repair option, then one more time with the Firmware. If the adapter still does not light up, you will need to send it in for Repair.
