Upgraded 3.1.0.9 -pin Adaptor to FW 3.22.5 Will not get Data

Hello,  I upgraded my adaptor to latest FW. It will connect to Bluetooth ok but will not read data from Bus. Lights blink Blue, then Green, then Red, then go to Blue blink.  Here is Log.

I have the old code 3.21, can I down grade ?

Try the latest App version (9.6.9) and Firmware (3.22.6).

Note that the latest Firmware Update program is version 7.0.1 and it installs Firmware 3.22.6. With Firmware Update program 7.0.0+ you no longer need to install the program to get the latest firmware as the firmware files are now downloaded by the update program.

Thanks for the suggestion to upgrade firmware and APP. Upgrades went well no issues upgrading.  I am still seeing erratic behavior in accessing the data off the data bus. After 2 attempts to get the data by turning off/on bluetooth, plugging/unplugging Adaptor, it did receive the data on APP dash. I then started fresh again on 3 more attempts to get consistent behavior as I always had on 3.21.0.2 Firmware. It connected once again on a 4th attempt but no more after that.  Led behavior= Red-Blue blink-Flash of Green 1 sec-solid Blue.I have logs if you wish but a bit longer then first post.   Please help with next steps.    Can i downgrade back to 3.21.0.2, I have the installer and code.

Send me the App’s event log (Settings/Send the Event Log) and let me take a look. Let me know when you have sent the event log too.

What is method to send a log file (Eventlog.txt) besides posting it to this fourm? email a support address?

From the App Settings page scroll down to 'Send the Event Log'.

Latest testing and Data has been emailed to Mark

Upgraded to 3.22.8  using 7.0.1 loader program. Could not pull up data from J1939 Bus.  Logs and such sent in.
I have gone back to release 3.21.0.2 as I kept the old loader and FW.  All working well now on old code.  Will continue to work with developers on why new 3.22 codes will not work on my 2019 Tiffin 4IH Phaeton Coach w/ Cummins ISL9 380.
