Version 9.6 hanging sometimes

I have the version 9.6.5 and having problems (this happens actually with all version s9.6.x). During a drive it sometimes just hangs and have to restart the app. Most often it happens when I stop for fueling for example (engine is not stopped) This is on my iPad.

On my recent drive (about 7 hours) it was hanging twice and after restart of the app it works as if nothing happened.

Quite annoying. Hope you can find what is going on here.

Update the App to version 9.6.6 and see if that helps. If not then send me the App’s event log (Settings/Send the Event Log) and I’ll take a look. Let me know when you have sent the event log too.

Similar problem, I have version 9.6.7 and firmware 3.21.0 Hardware 3.1.0-9-pin updated 10/24/2022.   The app also was not seeing some of the inputs like voltage and cruise control data, mpg, instant mpg….   I also sent event log

I had yesterday also with 9.7 same problems twice. Sending the logs.

App version 9.6.8 should fix the App hanging. Also, Adapter Firmware 3.22.3 has some nice new features.
