My adapter was working fine until yesterday when I stopped for fuel. After refueling I told the app that I got a full tank of fuel. The app showed a full tank. I started the engine and the dash appeared to be frozen. I restarted the app but now it did not show the full fuel tank.
Now when I start the app it shows connecting, authenticating, but when I open the dash I am not getting any information displayed in the dash.
I have disconnected the adapter and reconnected it. The adapter blinks blue. I then start the app and I see it flash green for about 1-2 seconds and then it turns red and ultimately back to blue. Still no information getting to the dash on my iPad.
This is all very odd because it was working for several days. During those days I used two different iPads and both worked fine. Now neither iPad works.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
I just did a reset of the adapter and now it's working again. Hopefully that's all it needed.
