I am still waiting for an answer on this. Have you fixed the email error in the app, so I can send a log? Did you review the log I sent manually? ?
It appears that my last response was deleted. As I mentioned in the last one that is now gone, the internal app has a misspelling in the email address, so when the application sends the data, you will not get it. It would be nice to move forward on this. I originally sent logs to you. Your response was to update the app. I did and nothing changed. The same errors are in the old log. Please respond. If you have fixed the misspelling, in a new version, I can sent it again, assuming you no longer have those logs.
I can’t seem to figure out how to attach a photo. The error log sent to you bounced. It bounced on your end. Sent to support@bluefire-llv.com.
Before you say it should be LLC, remember this was generated from within your application.
I would still like to hear if you are doing anything on it. I have so many bugs that need addressing and want to solve one at a time.
Hmm... So I do not see how the Bluefire app sends the email. It just says sending. Apparently it just uses a default setting that Apples has for the email? I went to the email app and it does not show anything sent to you since July, even though it says sending. Is there a manual way to capture the data and then send to you via a web based email, like gmail? That email address is learjet01@icloud.com. I have not used that address for some time though.
You have the log from prior and the problem has not changed. I looked in the FAQ's to refresh my memory on how to do a data dump and do not see that information. If you no longer have that log, or need the newer logs, can you point me in the direction of the instructions to get that information?
I'm sorry for the long delay. I only get to test when using the RV.
I put the new firmware on. initial reactions were, yay, looks good. After about 30 minutes it abended. I suspect the altitude widget. I loaded the bluefire back up and I got altitude for another 30 minutes or so then it froze at some point. Just the altitude. I tried logging out and back in, I tried closing the app and no go. The barometric pressure stayed apparently working for 5 hours. On the return trip. The altitude came up, but again abended after about 15-30 minutes. It just quits and the screen saver makes the screen go black, so easy to miss in LA traffic. The barometric went negative again, pegging out at the bottom.
I'm not sure how much detail the last logs gave you, but if it helps, I'm using the IPad mini 4, software version 15.8.2, model number 4MK9G2LL/A.
Bluefire version 10.1.1
