Profile: Ryan Waters

So I just purchased a Bluefire.  I connected it, then disconnected it, and unchecked J1939, and checked J1708 as it states in the instructions, I get a flashing green led which states it's connected via bluetooth with no issues, but then no data ever shows.  

The Test Adapter LED option is grayed out so I can't do the data test as shown in the Getting Started PDF.

When the Green LED comes on, it states "Key is off" but that is not true, my key is in the ON position heating up glowplugs etc.  What could be the issue?

I've also tried it with engine on, but the application never can see that the key is on even when the Key is indeed in the ON position.  The rest of the bus knows it's on and acts accordingly.
