Profile: Ron Bunge

Ok want to go to factory settings on my tablet and then reinstall BlueFire
How do I do that.

I always disconnect my 6 pin Blue Fire when not using it.
Now when I plug it in nothing. No lights.
I know my data bus is working since I have an old ScanGauge and it works.
Is there anything I should try before sending it back for service?
