You need to send your adapter in for repair.
Alternatively if you have a Windows computer, you can try the repair yourself with the Firmware Update program. See the Repair page for more information.

See also the Getting Started document's Power and Battery Warning sections for reasons the adapter does not light up.
Hopefully yours is just a memory corruption.

If it's challenging accessing or seeing your adapter, you might consider getting an extension cable as it can also improve your Bluetooth signal.

Check the Repair page. If both Distance and Odometer show NA then you're out of luck. You could try the App Settings Odometer Offset to see if you can manually enter it but you would need to do this all the time.
Also, you can try the J1939 and J1708 App Settings to see if maybe it's on one of those data buses.
There are times that the adapter will stay red. If after 10 seconds, you can unplug the adapter and plug it back in. It should then start blinking blue.
This will be fixed in the next version (12.5.0), soon be released.
Thanks for pointing it out.
It does say:
1. Clear all the security settings above.
And it assumed that if you wanted them back, you would just set them again.
See the Getting Started document's Adapter Security section.

It sounds like you didn't get the driver installed. You have to follow the instructions exactly and too the letter. This is not a normal driver install.
We have sold thousands of adapters and so far no one has had an ECM damaged. You can query these forums to see if anyone has experienced this.

I am looking for some specific values to keep an eye on in real-time but they don't appear in the demo app. I have an ISX 2350 and want (for now):
* DPF differential pressure
* EGR differential pressure
* EGR valve position (percentage open)
* Aftertreatment Diesel particulate filter operating state
There's no way for me to add these myself, right?
We have a beta version of the App with these gauges if you're interested in participating.
