     Highlights:

     •  Added 'DPF Differential Pressure', EGR Differential Pressure', and 'EGR Valve Percent' gauges.
     •  Added a 'Regen Status' gauge that shows if a regen is needed. Values are 'Not Needed or Needed Later (Good)', 'Needed Soon', 'Needed Now'.

        3. The 'Brake Switch' will now show the 'On' icon in Demo mode.
        4. Icon gauges (Engine Status, Regen State, etc) will show Demo data if Demo mode is on.
        5. Icon gauges will now show 'NA' if the data is not being transmitted by the ECMs.

        1. 'Auto Email Faults' and 'Show Informational Faults' can now be set without 'Monitor Faults' being set.
