Except for Fuel Rate

I've struggled with this issue for the past two years. It looks like I need someone to hold my hand as we fix this issue. See picture above with readings circled in red. The greatest need is fuel level and remaining fuel.  I figure, fix those two and the others will fall in line.  TIA Chuck

& Fuel Remaining (100 gal) NEVER changes.  Instant Fuel Economy works. Fuel Rate works. Average Fuel Economy ALWAYS reads 3.6 mpg and Distance Remaining 364.2 miles.  Could it be in my Settings?  TIA, Chuck  2006 Cat C7
