That cert update fixed it.  Thank You,  I would have thought you would have renamed that download file so folks could know it actually changed though.

I was able to update the firmware..  Wow, having retired as the guy in a huge multinational that everyone, all offices across the US,  came to when something wasn't working that no one else in their IT org could fix, I was a bit shocked how difficult that was.   Truly,  I cannot imagine many folks could do that.

Thanks for the Help..  -Bill

Following your instructions.   There is no MSI file in your package.  Just a MSIX files.   They won't install as your certs are expired.   I tried running the PS1 scripts as Admin and same issue as the msix files.

Is there any other way or do I have to send you my adapter.  I am guessing your certs are also expired on android etc..

The last update killed my drive with that Licensing issue.  I updated to the fix you uploaded (with the same version number for some reason that makes this old developer wonder)

I have stopped updating as I don't want something like that happening again.  I had already removed my VMspec hardware so I was screwed.

There needs to be an easy to follow version downgrade when issues arrive as its not easy to test any updates prior to the morning we start the engine to leave.

We cannot all have a Staging Device and a Production Device like what seems to be required based on past experience.

Is there an .apk version repository that technical folks could sideload if required?

Application Updates are located in your devices App Store.  So Google Play for Android devices and Apple App store for Apple devices.  -Bill

PS.  I have no idea what no one answered this.  (and it was asked 3 times that i noticed)

What is free?  Surely not the app, as the hardware I purchased would be a paperweight if we weren't purchasing the app with it.

Ah,  I forgot I had to go else-ware to add the fields before I can pick them from the list.  Is there a cheat sheet for finding often used entries for editing an existing dash (actually, not really often used)?  After changing the dash, I have spent quite a bit of time looking for the choice to email my updated dash (which I did a couple months back) but of course i'm not finding it.  Back to the lengthy manual to find that elusive setting/button.  -Bill .

10 years of being 3rd level support for hundreds eCommerce systems for a huge multinational, and this app is challenging.

I can see them listed when I look at the Repair Screen, but when I go into customize a dash I don't see them under Graphic or Text Gauge in the pick-list to add.

How can I add them when they are there with values in the repair screen but not available in the Pick List?

Thanks, Bill

Here is a pic showing their availability....

Resolved.  I tried it again after upgrading to Android client to 10.0.6 this morning and it worked.

I have replaced some characters with xxxx.
I tried to send a dash to myself and received this error.  I went back into the pdf and it did not say anything about setting my email up or anything related to   The email address it tried to send to is my valid @gmail.com address..  Here is a copy and paste of the email it actually sent to me, sans the dash attachment.  -Bill C
PS.  I am new to this app so its possible I setup something wrong.  But I did get the error email, so its unclear.
