App freezing on iPhone 13

The app will work for a few minutes until I try to set up my personal dash and the app freezes. It happens consistently and I can’t use the blue fire. Please advise. Thx

Welcome to the club.  Been jerking with it for 2 days.  Support is slow to non existant.  Works flawlessly on a 15 year old small banged up ipad
