I believe I am as it’s showing up in device manager. That would be the tell if it was just a power cable correct.

I have updated before but its seems i cant do this one

app says found 4.1.1 firmware adapter

device manger has the cerb-family in the USB section

but when i ckick to update it says the adapter is not connected to yur computer.


adapter is flashing Blue.

I have the same issue did a 700 mile trip no issues just the nag to update. Now crashes on the dash random.

Note my triprek on board computer no issues till app update it now resets and gets incorrect data with the new app.
