Hello, I am way behind with updates. I believe I need to send in my adapter to get firmware update. It shows I did the application update to 12.3.0, but adapter has current firmware of 3.20.0 and hardware is currently 2.1. Should I send my adapter in or can I do the updates myself? Thanks for the help!
