Firmware 3.21 says update complete, app says it is still 3.17 - Firmware 3.21 says update complete, but app says it is still 3.17…what went wrong?

Used PC to update firmware from 3.17 to 3.21. Hooked up no problem. Opened and installed using msi file. Install finished after after adapter blinked blue lights, red lights, finally blue again…message on computer states update successful. Replaced adapter to RV, opened app, still sates installed firmware is 3.17 and it needs to be updated. Where did I go wrong?

Try the update again and post the update successful message screen shot.
