I recently designed a dashboard for use in my motor home. The data PIDS that i included for fuel usage included, tank size, miles to empty, percentage of fuel, etc.
If I fill up in the morning and press fill tank, all of the above data is shown. However, if I stop later in the day and shut off the diesel say for a lunch break and then restart all of the fuel data is gone.
Is there a way to save the running fuel data after a brief stop and restart?
