9.3.3 DOES NOT WORK - Android

As seen in recent posts there has been issues with running 9.3.2 on Android.
I am grateful to the person who recently sent me the 9.3.1 apk so I could continue to use the app.
Unfortunately I had auto-update set to "on" in the store on my device, I was updated to 9.3.3. I opened the app to use it which is when I discovered that it to does not work/load like 9.3.2
No problem, I uninstalled 9.3.3 and installed 9.3.1 again.
NOW I discover that I cannot download and dash from the repository!? why?:
"The version of your App is not compatible with this dash. Please update your App to version 9.3.3"!!!!!!?????
I WAS able to download any dash on 9.3.1 BEFORE 9.3.3 got created, now I cannot use the device at all.
I spent a lot of money on this device and my experience so far has been suboptimal.

I'm experiencing similar problems with 9.4.2. I tried to update to 9.4.2 but the update never completed. Apparently the update affected the previous version because I could no longer run the app. I went ahead and Uninstalled the old version and attempted a clean install but that never completed either.
