What about support for running the firmware upgrade on an iPad? Everything I do with BlueFire is on my iPad, I don’t own a Windows machine. If not an iPad, what about a Mac?

Sorry, not possible. The update requires special Microsoft proprietary software.

Correction. The firmware update can be done from a virtual machine running on a Mac with a supported version of Windows running on the virtual machine. I've done this. If you're not familiar with running Virtual Box (or other virtual machine software) this might be a bit of a difficult task. If you fit this pattern, I recommend sending your adapter in for the $10.
