Hi;

I'm trying to update my adapter to 3.19.

Info is.

I have a gray 6 pin adapter and from the info page it says.
firmware 3.17.0
hardware 3.16-pin
serial # F4FCECA409
Mac ID C9980B00C413B47F0EB1B5ADCCE

When I connect it to my laptop. The laptop says "the adapter is not in Device Manager. Check your USB connection".

Other USB devices work fine.

The laptop has the win 10 Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042
I'm at a loss. Tried all the laptop USB ports and different cables.
Hope you can help me!

Make sure you're using a data USB cable and not just a power cable. If it's still gives the error message you'll need to send it in for the firmware update.
