Updates:

  • View Dash Page
    1. Added Pinch to Zoom capability that optionally works with Snap and Size to Grid.
    2. A single tap on a backdrop image navigates to the Customize Dash page.
    3. Fixed dragging a gauge to the end of a scrollable page.
    4. Fixed App crashing when exiting before the page finishes loading.
  • Customize Dash Page
    1. Added a 'Custom Colors' option that sets colors for the specific dash and optionally all gauges. This replaces the Gauge Colors in the Custom Colors page.
    2. Custom Color Gauge colors will be transferred to existing gauges.
    3. Added a Text Gauge 'Background' color option (not available with Circular Gauges).
    4. Removed the cool looking iOS color wheel as it was causing problems.
    5. Custom colors are now saved with the dash and gauges and will remain when shared or uploaded.
    6. Changed the title and added instructions for removing a gauge to the 'Add a Text/Circular Gauge' options.
    7. Adding a gauge will insert the gauge above the selected gauge instead of replacing it.
    8. Removing a gauge (setting it to None) will re-show the selected gauge list.
    9. Clearing the dash will un-check the 'Scroll the Dash' option.
    10. Added a 'Home' button when in landscape mode.
    11. Added a possible disconnection warning if connected to the adapter.
    12. The Load, Save, Share, Import, and Colors options show in full page mode.
    13. Fixed App crashing when exiting before the page finishes loading.
    14. If using Text Image gauges, use the z-order to move them in front of or behind other gauges (see Getting Started document).
  • Customize Gauges Page
    1. Added a 'Custom Colors' option that updates colors for the specific gauge.
    2. Added a Text Gauge 'Background' color option (not available with Circular Gauges).
    3. Removed the 'Used 2nd Needle Color' option in lieu of the new gauge custom colors.
    4. Added a 'Text Images' option that allows adding a day and night images to a text gauge (see Getting Started for more on Text Images).
    5. The Text image defined in the new 'Text Images' option can be set as the dash backdrop.
    6. The 'Percent' Size option will adjust the size of the gauge's text or icon. For text the 'Font Size' option will be automatically adjusted.
    7. The 'Width' and 'Height' Size options will adjust the frame around the text or icon.
    8. Image gauge sizes can only be adjusted using either percent or width/height but not both.
    9. The Size description shows the width and height minimum and maximum values.
    10. Removed the hard edit for exceeding Size Percent, Width, and Height. Now just gives a warning.
    11. Added a warning when exceeding the Location X or Y values.
    12. The Circular RPM gauge's Start, End, Interval, Sub-Interval, and all Range values are now actual values instead of a factor of 100. The gauge still displays them as a factor though.
    13. Only the options that are applicable to the type of gauge selected will be shown.
    14. The default demo data values will be displayed instead of 0 when showing the gauge.
    15. Added a 'Customize Dash' button when in landscape mode.
    16. Added a possible disconnection warning if connected to the adapter.
    17. The Backup, Restore, and Colors options show in full page mode.
    18. Added a 'Border Width' option for setting the border width of text gauges.
    19. To draw a vertical line from a Text 1-20 gauge, set Text to blank, Size Height to the line length, Size Width to the line width, check either Border Top or Bottom, and set Border Width to the Size Width.
    20. To draw a horizontal line from a Text 1-20 gauge, set Text to blank, Size Width to the line length, Size Height to the line width, check either Border Left or Right, and set Border Width to the Size Height.
  • Trip Page
    1. Added a 'Ignore Location' option to the Trip page (does the same as Ignore GPS in Settings).
    2. Added a "Non Engine Fuel Used" field to the Trip page which will add the value to the engine Fuel Used when calculating Fuel Remaining and Distance Remaining.
  • Settings Page
    1. Added a 'Outside Temperature Offset' setting.
    2. Fixed selecting Custom Colors for iOS users.
  • Alerts
    1. Alert confirmations will now show with the OK button on the left and the Cancel button on the right.
  • Other
    1. Email is working again (It stopped due to an email server security update).
    2. Getting Started version 1.1 document is published.
