I finally pulled the trigger and bought the Bluefire... Seems to connect successfully to the app. "About" shows software version 4.16 and Adapter firmware version 3.14. THE APP SHOWS NO DATA. Not on gauges, not under info, not under faults. Adapter is blinking green and nothing. This should not be happening. Tried to update firmware . .. followed instructions ... downloaded v2.1 9 pin current firmware. Followed directions and tried to update cerb family driver. Selected the right folder . .. I could even see the .Inf file in it. "Windows could not find drivers for your device." What gives? I am about to mail this thing back. Can you get this thing going?

I see that you were able to update your firmware and get connected to your truck or motorhome. Are you still having issues? If so, email me or BlueFire Support and we will sort it out.

Yes, sorry for the hasty post. I was getting frustrated after hours of toying with it and no results. I ended up downloading the v2.1 6 pin firmware instead of the 9 pin and I was finally successful in updating the hardware. I don't understand why the 6 pin worked as I was sure my interface was 9 pin.

I am using it in a school bus converted motor home ... is there any advantage to me using the "for Motorhomes" app instead of the "for Trucks"? The "for Trucks" seems to have more features and more of the info I'd like to monitor available. Additionally, in the "for trucks" app, I noticed that when putting my bus into reverse sometimes the app exits. Is this normal, or a setting I can change? I intend to use the device and app as a replacement for my gauge cluster so I will need the app opened all the time when driving.

PS - Thank you for adding this feature! I was the one who originally inquired about it a year or so ago and I will make sure I spread the word.
