I'm having connectivity issues that started with I believe installation of 9.5.6. Using iPad 5th Generation. I've updated to 9.5.8 and installed firmware 3.21.0 with no improvement. I have transmitted event logs from email redb******@me.com. Event logs from 8/9/2022 and 8/11/2022, should show many loss of connection events. Moving the iPad closer to the adapter increases signal; however, connection losses still frequently occur. Thanks! Edited by user Saturday, August 13, 2022 11:02:31 AM(UTC)

I have the same problem. Just received my unit yesterday. It will stay connected when the engine isn't running, but as soon as I start the engine it starts disconnecting. I can't keep a connection longer than about 15 seconds. When it disconnects the LEDs blink RED. Happens with iPad (6th Gen), and iPhone 13 Pro.
