I have not used my app for a while and I think I have updated everything but my dash that I had is gone along with the information. I went to download a custom dash and the program will crash every time. It says there are 38 dashes to download, sometimes it crashes before it is done downloading but lately it crashes on the last download. Software is 9.5.5. Adapter firmware is 3.21.0. Hardware is 3.1.0-9-Pin. Running on an Apple IPad Air.
