Keep getting message The adapter is not in device manager, check USB connection"when trying to update firmware 3.21.0.1.

Firmware did install on my computer and I have an icon reflecting that.

C??-??? (Can't remember the exact letters in the instructions) does not show under Other Devices in Device Manager even after unplugging/replugging USB as instructed.

I'm connected to the internet and Bluetooth. The blue fire app is open and showing engine running.

Adapter is showing a solid blue light.

I'm assuming I'm selecting the correct adapter (9-Pin BLE)? I bought it less than a year ago.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?
