i want to send my adapter in, but i dont know which repair to order. how do i decide? When i plug it in to my bus or my computer nothing happens. I have read the repair page and cant choose between the control board or power board. what if they both are bad? Also, what is the expected turnaround for the repair? I am missing it already. Send it in for a regular repair and if it needs a board replacement we'll let you know. In most cases it's just a memory corruption which can be repaired without any board replacements.
Turn around time depends on the return shipping you choose and how you ship it to us. We usually can repair it in a day.
