I have updated my software and firmware to the latest versions. I am running Windows version 20H2. Firmware said that it updated successfully. Now weather I use my Bluefire app, or just look under discoverable devices in my Bluetooth setting I can not find or connect to my blue fire device. Any trouble shooting ideas?

Looks like you have a Bluetooth Classic (Rectangular) 6 pin adapter. Did you select the correct version type when you updated the firmware (6-Pin Classic Rectangular)?

OK I had to reset my app, and now it works, but I lost my dashboard. I had shared it, but despite being connected to the internet, in the bluefire program it won't let me download it, it say no network connection. Ideas?

Try exiting the App and restarting it.
