Firmware Version 3.11 has been released and is out on our Dropbox folder.

To find out which file to use, connect your adapter to the BlueFire App and go to the About page. If the Adapter Hardware shows 2.1, use the 2.1-n.n file. If the Adapter Hardware shows 3.1, use the 3.1-n.n file. If the Adapter Hardware show 1.1, you will have to send the adapter back to us for updating.

Changes include:
  • Critical patch to fix Firmware 3.10.
  • Improved ELD VIN retrieval.
  • Faster disconnection if not ELD recording.
  • ELD Stats records will record when engine is on and not driving (idling).
  • The adapter will enter the user reset mode (flashing red LED) after every app disconnect.
  • The adapter user reset mode flashing LED time has been reduced from 15 seconds to 10 seconds.
  • In disconnected ELD recording mode, the adapter will sleep but the recording LED will still flash.
