I have use my system for about a year on and off with no issues. I recently started a trip and have started to get a key on / key off message start to appear numerous times. After awhile I will get a message that the system has logged the maximum amount of errors and locks up. I can restart the system by rebooting my Samsung Galaxy and everything work for a while then I start getting the same messages and eventually the maximum error recorded and system shut down. I have unplugged the data port several times to be sure it is set properly and everything seems fine. Could it be my ignition switch as it acts up sometimes when I turn it on to start the coach?

Send me the App's event log (Settings/Send the Event Log) and I'll take a look. I did notice that your tablet is running Android 5.0.1. We now highly recommend Android 6.0+ for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) adapters.

The App is definitely struggling with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) on your 5.0.1 tablet. The next App version might help a little but I would recommend looking for a tablet with a little more horsepower.
