The diagnostic port on my coach is always live. The setting for sleeping does turn off the LED's on my adapter.
My question concerns parasitic battery drain. With the adapter plugged in and in sleep mode, is there still a current drain? I cannot imagine it is significant but it would be good to know if there is any draw on my battery.
I leave my coach on shore power so it should not be an issue for me, I just want to understand what is happening.
If I were to be without shore power for an extended period it would be handy to know how much the adapter is consuming.

The Adapter consumes 75 mA of power during idle operation. When in sleep mode power is reduced to 55 mA.

With that said, does it hurt to just unplug the adapter when I park the RV? And plug it back in the next time I start the engine?

If it's convenient to do so, that would be best. See the Getting Started document's Battery Warning - https://bluefire-llc.com...getting-started-document
