I am so disappointed with the system I have the green adapter all the blue lights blink and still no connection I bought this through Amazon and it took for Evey to get the adapter could it be possible the adapter might be defective ? If I can't get this fixed in the next few days I will request a refund. I really wanted the system to work I left you an email yesterday and haven't heard from you

Jeff, I never heard back from my last email requesting the event log from the other devices you're trying to connect to, especially the Apple one. Also, what make, model and OS version are the other devices? Have you gone through the Getting Started document?
