I purchased from Amazon and it does not work correctly i sent emails to bluefire.llc but no response. If it does not work and i do noy get any help it will be returned and review will say does not work and no customer service to help.

I sent a response to Sergio Costa at Braszil@comcast.net. Did you get it? What I need is for you to send me the App Event Log (Settings/Send The Event Log). It's toward the bottom of the page.
